Tributes to Nat 'King' Cole, Sammy Davis Jnr and the Legends of Motown

Colin’s leading roles in West End theatres include: Soul Train at the Victoria Palace, Smokey Joe’s Café at the Prince Of Wales, Sweet Charity at the Victoria Palace, Hair at the Old Vic. Other theatre credits include Cameron Mackintosh's Five Guys Named Moe, Ain't Misbehavin', Cinderella, The Grapevine, and Hot Stuff for Bill Kenwright.

Colin own show, ‘ The House That Nat Built ‘ a tribute to Nat ‘King’ Cole, played to critical acclaim at the New End Theatre.

Television credits include: EastEnders (BBC), The Paradise Club (BBC), Health And Efficiency (BBC), BPM (ITV), Barclay Theatre Awards (Anglia TV), The Big Stage (Channel 5), The Vanessa Show, The Generation Game, The Learning Zone (BBC2), Night Fever, Get Up And Give (GMTV).

As a songwriter, Colin wrote the title music for a Channel 4 documentary The Street Warriors. His single My Destiny was remixed by 2006 MOBO award winning producers 5AM. It received rave reviews in Blues & Soul Magazine, DJ Magazine and Touch Magazine and was on the compilation album Soul Sounds of The 90's compiled by Dr. Bob Jones from London’s KISS FM Radio.

Last year Colin appeared the national tour of “That’s Amore” a celebration of Dean Martin & Friends.

The House That Nat Built. Suitable for theatre or private and corporate functions and can be performed with a quartet (piano, bass, guitar and drums) or on high quality playback.  Two 45 minute sets which can be tailored as required.

Soul and Motown Magic 
Two 40 minute sets on playback. Ideal for dinner/dance evenings where you may prefer the first set to be Nat Cole standards, followed by Soul hits for dancing.

SoulTown Xtravaganza
Seven piece band (piano, bass, guitar, drums, 2nd keyboard, trumpet and sax); three female singers.  Two hours worth of the greatest soul and motown hits.  Also works well for dine and dance functions where the first set after dinner is jazz and swing then the second set brings in a party mood.
